  • The 5 Element system—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—offers a powerful map for understanding how your body, emotions, and spirit mirror the rhythms of nature. You’ll learn to use this framework to decode imbalances and restore harmony in your life.

  • Discover the healing power of both local and Chinese herbs that support the organs and emotional qualities of each Element. You’ll learn how to safely incorporate these herbs into your daily life to promote balance, vitality, and holistic well-being.

  • Learn to activate key acupuncture points with gentle touch to support organ health, ease emotional tension, and cultivate inner harmony. These simple yet powerful techniques will become part of your self-care toolkit for emotional regulation and energetic alignment.
